10. Controls for Do-Not-Track Features

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Notice.

California law requires us to let you know how we respond to web browser DNT signals. Because there currently is not an industry or legal standard for recognizing or honoring DNT signals, we do not respond to them at this time.

California "Shine The Light" Law

California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the "Shine The Light" law, permits our users who are California residents to request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared personal information in the immediately preceding calendar year. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any purchases made through our Services. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued.

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing a paid service, please contact support@windyhillsoftworks.com and we will work to resolve the issue.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. There are no cancellation fees.

Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the service through the end of your current billing period. After that period concludes, your subscription will not renew and access to premium features will end.

If you wish to resubscribe in the future, you may do so at any time at the then-current rate.
